At Wriststhstrength, we want you to be completely satisfied with your decor purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized decor pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, assembled, or altered
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Design consultation services once rendered
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@wriststhstrength.world with your order details
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the new item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Large Furniture Items
For furniture and larger decor pieces:
- Inspect items upon delivery before signing
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Contact us immediately if issues are discovered
- Return shipping may require special arrangements
